Below is a list of the different ways GitLab Team Members choose to identify. The purpose of this page is to give an overview of our current representation as compared to a year ago. For further trending information, some of these metrics can also be viewed on the People Success Performance Indicators page. The DIB Team is actively working to find data sets outside the US and inclusion metrics for underrepresented groups we cannot report on as team member representation.

Management refers to Team Members who are People Managers, whereas
Leadership denotes Team Members who are in Director-level positions and above.
