Absence Management Specialist Responsibilities Hands-on responsibility for the day-to-day administration of all employee leave of absence programs. Ensures compliance with all leave of absence and employment laws across all countries in which we have entities by accurately completing all time away requests in a timely manner.

Chief People Officer

The Executive Recruiter takes a consultative approach with senior leadership and key stakeholders, and is dedicated to building a qualified, diverse, and motivated team as we scale.
Global Workforce Strategy
Global Workforce Strategy forms part of the People Operations Team at GitLab and directly responsible for contributing to our International expansion efforts. Instructional Designer
The Learning & Development Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing learning practices and experiences for GitLab’s People Group Learning & Development team. This is achieved by enhancing synchronous and asynchronous learning for GitLab team members and the wider community. The goal of this job family is to help audiences achieve their desired learning outcomes by developing new, engaging, and effective learning solutions and instructional experiences. Levels Associate Learner Engagement Specialist The Learner Engagement Specialist is responsible for maintaining and administering systems to increase adoption of the Learning Experience Platform, Content Library, and other learning platforms. The job family will be responsible for internal marketing and communications of L&D initiatives to raise awareness of programs. This is achieved by creating engaging communication campaigns, establishing best practices for internal marketing and by ensuring that GitLab’s digital learning platforms are optimized and administered effectively to cater for team member needs.
