  1. CEO KR: Complete 2 pricing and packaging changes supported by data. Issue 9210
  2. CEO KR: 10 of 16 identified pain points in fulfillment are addressed and Zuora is the SSoT for subscriptions. Issue 9211
  3. CEO KR: Improve growth efficiency so we are on track to reach 1.0 in FY22. Issue 9212
